While using our service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, butis not limited to your name and email (“Personal Information”). The Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or Business (“The User” or“User”), or collected automatically when using this Application.

Your personal information is stored behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you may supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety ofsecurity measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Users can visit our site anonymously. However,in order to use the service users have to login on the service before being able to use the service.

Users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page.

Users are able to change their personal information by chatting with us or sending us an email.

We honor do not track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.

Log Data

We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

Methods of processing

Automaise processes the Data of Users in aproper manner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction ofthe Data.

The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to Automaise,in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons incharge, involved with the operation of the site (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner.


The Data is processed at the hosting service contracted by Automaise or at Automaise operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved with the processing are located. For further information, please contact us.

Retention time

The Data is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the User, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document, and the User can always request that Automaise suspend or remove the data.

Personal Data is collected for the following purposes and using the following services:

  • Access to third party services’ accounts
  • Managing contacts and sending messages
  • Improving Internal Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing models

Facebook permissions required by Automaise

Automaise Service may ask for some Facebook permissions allowing it to perform actions with the User’s Facebook account, as well to retrieve information, including Personal and Business Data, from it.

The permitions required by Automaise are the following: business_management, email, manage_pages, pages_messaging, pages_messaging_subscriptions, public_profile, publish_pages, read_page_mailboxes, user_friends, pages_messaging and pages_messaging_subscriptions.

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information. User will be able to opt-out at any moment so he wishes.

Legal action

The User’s Personal Data may be used for legal purposes by Automaise, in Court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of this Service or the related services. The User declares to be aware that Automaise may be required to reveal personal data upon request of public authorities. 

The exclusive means of resolving any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement (including any alleged breach thereof) or the Service shall be BINDING ARBITRATION administered under the Portuguese law. Any litigation against the Company have to be commenced solely in the Portuguese courts located in the municipality of Braga. You hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.

Additional information about User’s Personal Data

In addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, Automaise may provide the User with additional and contextual information concerning particular services or the collection and processing of Personal Data upon request. 


We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you access your personal information. The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. 

System logs and maintenance

For operation and maintenance purposes, this Service and any third party services may collect files that record interaction with this Service (System logs) or use for this purpose other Personal Data (such as IP Address).

Changes to this privacy policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of ​ September 16th, 2017 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be ineffect immediately after being posted on this page. We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
